Section 1: Submit a compliance case
The Employee Service Center provides a centralized, user-friendly portal where employees can access information, services, and tools related to Integrated Risk Management (IRM). It empowers employees to participate in risk and compliance processes, fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization.
1. Log in to the lab instance using the URL provided.
2. Click on the profile picture at the top right corner, and select Impersonate user or Impersonate another user.
3. Search for Cary McCamey, then click Impersonate user. Cary McCamey is a is a compliance case manager. You might need to close a pop-up, if this is your first time impersonating that user.
4. Navigate to All -> Self-Service -> Employee Center.
5. Click on Risk and compliance.
6. Click on Report a Compliance Case.
7. Complete the form as follows:
a. Name: Determine why intrusion prevention was not installed on a server
b. Description: We were hacked today due to intrusion prevention not being installed on a critical server.
c. Case type: Compliance case
d. Case Sub-type: Data Protection & Information Security
e. Date of occurrence: Today
f. Date of discovery: Today
8. Click Submit.
9. You will be redirected to a page where the submitter can track the status of the compliance case.
